FARMERS’ PROTEST Bukidnon farmers allied with Bayan Muna and Kilusang
Mambubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP) travel in a 30-vehicle convoy from
Malaybalay to Cagayan de Oro cities for the Lakbayan, a peasant protest
march for land rights and social justice from October 19 to 21. An
estimated 10,000 farmers from Northern Mindanao converge in the Pelaez
Sports Complex Thursday.
